Choosing Joy - Weekend!

Saturday - It was a ridiculously joyful day! We removed an old cherry tree in the back yard of the Kcasa. It was so fun. And I'm so sore. We took the tree down by pulling on it with a rope and axing a few of the biggest roots on the opposite side from the rope. As we tugged on the rope, bit by bit the tree started to rock lose. Favorite quote of the day as Mark started to move the tree by pulling on the rope, Ash and I were looking at the roots:

Me: Oh, it's starting to move!
Ash: Is is alive?

Sunday - A really great run around Lake Union.
