Well, I had many cheerful images of my newphews, family, the race, peonies etc to post, but it will need to wait.
You may have heard in the news about a plane crash in the DR of Congo, well there is a WV office within a kilometer of the scene. I happened to receive the images taken by staff within minutes of the crash. Pretty upsetting. I won't be too graphic, but some of them were nixed by my boss as inappropriate to post or share with the media.
I've never had to look at photos of dead people beyond historical images. These people were alive last night. The plane crashed into a marketplace. I don't think I'm cut out for a newsroom type atmosphere! Everyone needs the photos ten minutes ago! Argh.
